Yoga + Mindfulness Series

Description: Learn how to de-stress, find a place of calm, release tension in the body and cultivate balance. Come, join us for a 4-weeks introductory course to learn the benefits of yoga plus understand the meaning of mindfulness. This 4-week series is being offered FREE of charge, but participants must commit to attending at least 3 of the 4 (45-minute) sessions from the start. Youth ages 12 and older are also welcome to participate. Presented by Deanna Dzybon of Rock Water Yoga.

Registration: Advance registration is required for anyone interested. Priority given to Habitat Forsyth partner families, residents in Boston Thurmond, Bowen Park or Dreamland neighborhoods, but is open to the community at large. There is a minimum of 4 persons per class required to hold this series. Invite a family member, friend, co-worker or neighbor to join you. Register online or call 765-8854 ext. 135.
