Description: Accepting the Challenge: What is Dementia (1:00 p.m.) and Accepting the Challenge: Positive Approach & Communication (2:00 p.m.). This mini-series deals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, their origins, symptoms and practical management techniques. Facilitated by the Geriatric Adult Mental Health Specialty Team from Therapeutic Alternatives, Inc.
