Habitat Forsyth was able to work with 29 new families on their new construction, remodeling, or home preservation projects during the 2014 fiscal year, as well as receiving $853,561 in mortgage payments from families currently in the homeownership program. In January we celebrated the opening of our new ReStore off of Coliseum Drive, which had a huge impact on our revenues- the total revenue from January through June was up 41% vs. the same period a year ago, and the average daily sales of $3,385 eclipsed the average daily sales from the prior year by 46%.
